Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order after it's been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

To be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
